I was in the process of selling a home and I needed a retrospective appraisal for the property because I acquired the home through an inheritance a few years ago. I needed the appraisal done quickly. As soon as I filled out the contact request form Anthony contacted me right away and the whole process was completed in 3 days over a holiday weekend! Anthony Lucchi was recommended by a well respected friend and he didn’t disappoint. Anthony worked around my schedule without issue and once he came to do the work he was fast, thorough and respectful. Answered all my annoying questions with patience and eagerness. You can tell he loves what he does. His appraisal report was spot on with a perfectly detailed, approximately 27pg long description with pictures on how he came to that conclusion with multiple comps and his experience. Would definitely recommend.
