Anthony Lucchi from DMA Appraisers did an appraisal on my home 2 days ago. As many homeowners, I was nervous about the process, but Mr. Lucchi did his job in the most professional manner. He was thorough to ensure he was aware of any and all upgrades since the home was purchased. The home was previewed inside and out so that he could accurately assess and report back a fair market value. It was further explained that valuation will also include statistics from recent home sales in our area. It was a relief to see that he was knowledgeable in his work.
