Efficient Desktop Appraisal Services

The desktop appraisal is, as the name implies, performed in-office without a site visit to the subject property. The appraiser uses data from 3^rd party sources which includes but is not limited to, flood maps, multiple listing real estate services, tax assessment records, public land records, satellite imagery, virtual street views, property data services, surveys, engineering reports, and property data aggregations. Using this information, along with information provided by the property owner that the appraiser assumes to be accurate, a desktop appraisal can be completed. Because there is no site visit or scheduling needed, these appraisals are typically completed within 1-3 business days of being ordered.
